Use of the Site and Content and Copyright
IBS Intelligence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the IBS SalesVision web site and its content only for non-commercial use for the fees, if applicable, and under the terms set forth below.
Usage of this service is possible only by registration and receipt of online access data (user name and password) for the duration of the subscription only. On expiry of the subscription the online access will be deactivated.
Institutional customers can be connected to IBS SalesVision's subscriber section via the customer's IP range. Special conditions apply for the connection of the online service via IP range, so that prices can deviate from the prices given in our online shop and may be asked for. IBS SalesVision can also be made available on the intranet or the portal of institutional customers.
Neither you nor your organization may use any Content or any excerpt from any Content to promote your or your organizations' products or services.
You agree to use the Site and the Content in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree not to take any action that would compromise the security of the Site or render the Site inaccessible to others.
If you wish to quote IBS Intelligence or IBS SalesVision in an ad, press release, or other promotional material, contact IBS. Please provide a sample documenting the intended use of the information via email to email@example.com. This will enable IBS to ensure accuracy, currency, and proper context.
When using IBS content or data, you must provide the following attribution, "Source: IBS Intelligence."
The subscribers section of the IBS SalesVision homepage are accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. For maintenance reasons the system needs to be shut down at regular intervals at less frequented times. Disruptions due to technical errors cannot be excluded. IBS Intelligence does not answer for limited availability of this service.
Data privacy information, confidentiality
We hereby inform customers that we store and process their full address in machine-readable form. Data will not be transferred to third parties without the customer's explicit consent.
Search profiles of users can also be stored and processed electronically.
Unless explicitly agreed upon in a written form, all information passed to IBS will be regarded as non-confidential. The customer is obliged to observe legal data privacy regulations. Customers are prohibited from extracting or modifying data not intended for their use from the IBS SalesVision website.

IBS Intelligence has been regularly tracking global Banking System Deals since 2009. Through continuous market/supplier engagement, expert interaction at leading global events and regular monitoring of “whose bought what” in its flagship IBS journal including its Sales League Table and Core Banking Market Dynamic Report & ongoing global research, IBS has built a repository of over 3,700+ banking system deals across 5 key banking system types, including Wholesale banking, Universal banking, Retail banking, Private banking/wealth management & lending systems.
Each of these deals is carefully investigated and researched before it makes its way into the IBS SalesVision. It is thoroughly checked and all variable carefully validated. This may include conversations and discussions with multiple stakeholders involved in the deal in addition to IBS’s research.
The data is structured across deals by year, region, country, supplier, system and system type, bank name, size and bank type.
IBS’s research team, based on its on-going research, has populated the Bank Size (Total Assets wherever available else its marked as NA – Not Available) which has been further classified into Large (Asset over USD 20 Billion), Medium (Assets between USD 20 Billion and 2 Billion) and Small (Assets lesser than USD 2 Billion) and Bank Type (Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Private Bank, Universal Bank, Non-Banking Financial Corporation / Finance Company, Asset Management Company, Credit Union, Insurance Company, Payment Company, Development Bank and Others).
In some cases, in the Bank Name (drop down), where the bank’s name is not available (and in some cases for confidentiality purposes) they are marked as NA.
Limitations on Liability
While the information contained on IBS SalesVision has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable, IBS Intelligence and its parent, Cedar Management Consulting International LLC, disclaim all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information. User assumes sole responsibility for the use it makes of this Website to achieve his/her intended results.
You agree that IBS Intelligence and its parent, Cedar Management Consulting International LLC, shall not be liable under any circumstances or under any theory of law for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including without limitation, damages for lost profits, business failure or loss, arising out of your use of the site, the content or user content, whether or not IBS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree further that IBS shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you arising as a result of reliance upon the content, user content or the site or any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the content or the site or interpretations thereof. Any cause of action with respect to these Terms and Conditions must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in London, England within one year after the cause of the action has risen, or such cause will be barred, invalid and void.
